Heena is a freedem fellow. In her interview she talks with Monu, who is a transsexual person. Monu identifies themself as They/them.
Monu shares the struggles they faced growing up in the society as a trans who was exploring their sexuality.
They highlight the challenges, address the problems being faced by their community and express the present state of not having many opportunities for their community and go ahead by suggesting actions towards a better future.
हीना फ्री/डेम की सीनियर फेलो हैं। अपने इंटरव्यू में वह मोनू से बात करती है, जो एक ट्रांससेक्सुअल व्यक्ति है। मोनू खुद को लड़की मानते है।
मोनू ने उन संघर्षों को साझा किया जिनका उन्होंने एक ट्रांस के रूप में इस समाज में बड़े होते हुए सामना किया, जब वह अपनी कामुकता की खोज कर रहे थे।
वे चुनौतियों को उजागर करते हैं, अपने समुदाय के सामने आने वाली समस्याओं का पे बातें करते हैं और अपने समुदाय के लिए काम के अवसर नहीं होने की वर्तमान स्थिति पे दुःख व्यक्त करते हैं। ट्रांस समुदाय के बेहतर भविष्य की दिशा में कार्रवाई का सुझाव भी देते हैं।
